Michael Schumacher praises Michelin.
Three times World Champion Michael Schumacher has revealed that although he expected Williams and BMW to be strong in 2001 he did not realise Michelin would be so good so soon.
He told Italian newspaper Gazzetta dello Sport: "I honestly did not think the Williams could be so strong so soon. Not so much for BMW, but for the tyres, because I thought Bridgestone would be able to keep their advantage a little longer. Clearly Michelin has done a great job and this has made the Williams-BMW very competitive."
