Montezemolo dedicates Scuderia success to Italy.

Ferrari president Luca di Montezemolo has paid tribute to Jean Todt, Michael Schumacher, Rubens Barrichello et al, following their 1-2 finish at the Hungarian Grand Prix yesterday [Sunday], which sowed up the Constructors' championship, their sixth in succession.

Montezemolo added that this was proof of Italy's greatness.

Ferrari president Luca di Montezemolo has paid tribute to Jean Todt, Michael Schumacher, Rubens Barrichello et al, following their 1-2 finish at the Hungarian Grand Prix yesterday [Sunday], which sowed up the Constructors' championship, their sixth in succession.

Montezemolo added that this was proof of Italy's greatness.

"I am proud of this team that has proved capable of winning a sixth consecutive Constructors' title with five races still remaining," he said at the end of yesterday's race. "I wish to thank the extraordinary people at Ferrari and our drivers and I cannot wait to celebrate with them Monday night in Maranello.

"A special thanks goes to all our technical partners, first and foremost Bridgestone and Shell and our commercial ones, for the extraordinary support they give us.

"This success highlights Italian work and technology and I wish to dedicate it to Italy, which has the extraordinary people, the resources and the capability to be the best in the world."
