Formula 1 heads to Budapest for the 11th round of the 2021 world championship season, the Hungarian Grand Prix.

After a dramatic collision between F1 2021’s leading protagonists last time out at Silverstone, Lewis Hamilton cut Max Verstappen’s championship advantage down to just eight points with his eighth British GP victory.

Hungary acts as the half-way mark of the 2021 season and is the final round before F1’s summer break takes place.

When is the Hungarian Grand Prix?

The 2021 Hungarian Grand Prix takes place on Sunday, 1 August. Cars will take to the track on Friday for FP1 and FP2, with FP3 and qualifying taking place on Saturday ahead of Sunday’s grand prix.

Where is the Hungarian Grand Prix taking place?

The 2021 Hungarian Grand Prix is held at the Hungaroring.

The circuit is 4.381km (2.722mi) and consists of 14 corners.
