"I am very proud to be bringing MX1 back with 16 events and to take the Grand Prix to overseas countries like South Africa, and to bring Motocross back to the very traditional Motocross countries like England and Ireland," said Mr. Giuseppe Luongo, President of Youthstream, on announcing the calendar.

The calendar is subject to FIM approval at the biennial session in Annecy, on October 22-25. The 2004 Motocross des Nations is scheduled to take place at Lierop, The Netherlands, on October 3.
