Niccolo Canepa has denied that he will be in MotoGP next year.

The Italian, who spent a season in the premier-class with Pramac Ducati in 2009, was surprisingly named at Iodaracing on the provisional 2014 MotoGP entry list earlier this week.

Canepa was listed as taking over the seat of Lukas Pesek, with Danilo Petrucci due to continue. Ioda's 2014 machinery is also unknown, Petrucci and Pesek having steered Suter-BMWs this year.
