Qatar MotoGP Test - Thursday LIVE!
The third and final 2018 MotoGP pre-season test began in Qatar on Thursday afternoon.
With the season-opening grand prix weekend - to be held at the same Losail circuit on March 16-18 - featuring an earlier track schedule this year, testing will take place from 1-9pm over the three days.

With the season-opening grand prix weekend - to be held at the same Losail circuit on March 16-18 - featuring an earlier track schedule this year, testing will take place from 1-9pm over the three days.
However a slow start to each day is expected since the track is traditionally quite dusty and the earliest MotoGP session during the Grand Prix weekend is not until 2:40pm. Dusk is normally around 6pm while the race starts at 7pm.
Malaysian Hafizh Syahrin will be starting his second test, after being officially confirmed at Monster Yamaha Tech3 for 2018, while KTM's Pol Espargaro is returning to action after back surgery forced him to miss the Thailand outing.
The final hour of the final night will be used for a special wet weather test, to decide if it would be safe to ride under floodlights in the wet.
