Now Drazdak will join Jakub Smrz in flying the flag for the Czech Republic as he steps up at the last minute to replace Luca Morelli.

The Italian was due to make his debut with DFX Corse at Misano in place of Supersport-bound Russell Holland, but a fall in practice aggravated an old injury and forced him to miss the weekend.

Despite appearing at the Vallelunga mid-season test, former Alto Evolution rider Morelli will stay on the sidelines for the time being.
