BSS: Vancraft Triumph quits racing

The Vancraft Triumph British Supersport and Superstock team has withdrawn from the sport.

The team ran Josh Caygill and Joe Collier in the Supersport and Superstock 600 classes this season respectively.

An official statement said the decision had been taken for "several reasons" but failed to elaborate.

Team owner and manager, Andrew Caygill, said: "This has been a big part of all our lives for many years but for several reasons we have decided to end our time in the paddock.

"It has been a wonderful experience and we have made many friends and had some very happy times.

"It would not have been possible without the help and support of all our team sponsors and that of Josh's personal sponsors and we thank them all enormously," he added.

"Many thanks to all the office staff at BSB and MSVR...We would like to wish all at BSB and MSVR all the best in the years to come."
