Welch Motorsport's Paddock Pass - Rockingham

For the 2013 Dunlop MSA British Touring Car Championship season, the Welch Motorsport team is putting together a series of behind the scenes documentaries charting its progress during the season.

Produced by melmo Films, the latest episode looks back as Dan Welch and David Nye headed for Rockingham for the eighth meeting of the year.

While Nye came close to picking up a victory in the Jack Sears Trophy, it proved to be a weekend to forget for Welch after his Proton was one of the cars to be caught up in a multi-car accident at the start of race one.

That accident was enough to put him out of the remainder of race day, and also left Welch suffering from some rather painful injuries for the journey home afterwards...
