Goodyear: We Can Beat Bridgestone
Goodyear's operations manager, Perry Bell, has said that he is confident his company can beat Bridgestone at this weekend's German Grand Prix, despite McLaren scoring a one-two at the last race.
The American company has pushed ahead with its tyre development programme, and is convinced that it has the right combination of compound and construction to beat its F1 rival this weekend. (Our aggressive development has enabled us to introduce a number of significant performance improvements,) Bell said, (and we are confident that there is still more to come.)
