Schumacher confirms helmet saga is over.
Three times World Champion Michael Schumacher has confirmed that an agreement has been made with Sports Europe the suppler of his Bell helmet. This means that Schumacher is now free to switch to his preferred choice the Schuberth Helme brand.
He told the media: "I'm going to use the new Schuberth helmet (from now on). We settled, as you may have seen in the press release we issued yesterday, so that issue is sorted and I'm looking forward to now concentrating on other things than that."

The statement issued by Ferrari on Wednesday claimed Schumacher had been "misinterpreted" and that "the quality and safety of Bell helmets had never been questioned".
Sports Europe added that they were glad to have found "a friendly solution to the controversy" and thanked Schumacher for his association with their brand.
Schumacher had used Bell helmets for a number of years. Many grand prix drivers use Bell including Jacques Villeneuve and Jenson Button. Mika Hakkinen has also agreed terms this year to wear Bell headgear.
