"Being at the factory and helping the boys pack everything into the trucks was great," commented Ross, "but a real eye opener as well. I really don't think people understand how much of a complex, logistical operation it is. There is a huge quantity of equipment that needs to be loaded and transported and preparation for a race is happening weeks in advance. I am really looking forward to being with the Jordan team. They are a great bunch of people and I can't wait to get stuck in to my role as a truckie."

While still maintaining his current busy television filming commitments, Ross has scheduled his work with the team to continue in Magny Cours and conclude at the British Grand Prix at Silverstone in July, where his F1 training and experience will culminate in Ross playing a part in Jordan's 23-man pit stop crew during the race.

ITV will film Ross's experiences with the team over the three weekends, with fans able to keep up to date from an on-going report of his progress during ITV's build up to races and qualifying.
