Tyre tests for Burti and Ferrari at Fiorano.

Ferrari's Luciano Burti was back testing at Fiorano today [Thursday] at the wheel of an F2003-GA, following his run on Tuesday.

The day's programme centred on tyre testing for next season and was carried out entirely on a damp track.

Burti covered a total of 70 laps, ten of them on the short version of the circuit. The best time of the day was a 1 minute 01.391 seconds.

Burti continues testing at this circuit tomorrow [Friday].

Ferrari meanwhile were also at Jerez, where Rubens Barrichello and Luca Badoer worked on an engine, tyre and electronics test programme, notching up over 100 laps between them.
