Draco set to sing at Bologna show.

Recently crowned Euro 3000 champion Draco Junior Team will eschew advances from well-known drivers to field a star from another field in the sprint event at next month's Bologna Motor Show.

The Italian team is a regular at the show but, instead of running an aspiring young motorsport star, will this year field singer-songwriter Max Gazz?, a keen race fan who makes time to race his own kart. On Wednesday 8 December, however, he'll wear the yellow Draco colours as he makes the giant step up to the F3000 Lola that Nicky Pastorelli took to the final Euro 3000 title.

Regular driver Fausto Ippoliti will be on hand to explain the Lola's secrets to both Gazze and others attending the event, while Draco's team of engineers and mechanics will be out to help make up the experience gap their newest pilot will have on the rest of the field.
