Kyle Busch, the 18 year-old younger brother of current Winston Cup star Kurt Busch will not make his NASCAR Winston Cup Series debut in this weekend's Ford 400 at the Homestead-Miami Speedway after pre-race scrutineering revealed that his Hendrick Motorsports Chevrolet did not conform to NASCAR's strict template outlines.

Busch's #60 Chevrolet Monte Carlo failed to meet standard rear body template requirements similar to the discrepancies discovered on Tony Stewart's Joe Gibbs Racing Chevrolet at Texas earlier this year and as a result Rick Hendrick's team have elected to withdraw Busch's entry
NASCAR have confiscated Busch's car.
