Marlboro Peugeot launch pictures.

Crash.net has uploaded some pictures of the official unveiling of the 2003 Marlboro Peugeot Total World Rally Team that took place in Monte Carlo last month.

The pictures show the teams four official drivers - Richard Burns, Marcus Gronholm, Harri Rovanpera and Gilles Panizzi - together with the multiple World Championship winning 206WRC, in Marlboro red and white livery, which replaces the French outfits previous striking silver paintwork.

Marlboro had previously backed Mitsubishi's WRC effort - winning multiple titles with Tommi Makinen. The tobacco brand will also continue to back Ferrari in F1 and join forces with Ducati in MotoGP.

Gronholm will start the 2003 season, which begins in Monte Carlo at the end of this month, as favourite for a third title - but will undoubtedly face stiff opposition from team-mate Burns in his second season with the team.

For Panizzi and Rovanpera the goal will be slightly different, both are frightening quick on their favoured surfaces - asphalt for Panizzi and gravel for Rovanpera - but need to become more competitive on all terrains if they are to challenge for the world crown.
