The organisers of the Corona Rally Mexico have published the entry list for their event, the third round in the 2008 FIA World Rally Championship.

42 crews are due to start the round, which runs from February 29 to March 2 and it will be the first of the year which features all six manufacturer teams - with the Munchi's Ford WRT making its debut and represented by Federico Villagra and Stobart Ford regular, Henning Solberg.

In addition to the usual 'works' entries, Conrad Rautenbach will make his debut in a Citroen C4 WRC, having stuck with the Xsara WRC for the first two events in Monte Carlo and Sweden, while local star Ricardo Trivino will use a Peugeot 206 WRC. In total 14 World Rally Cars will be in action.

Of the rest, nine of the 16 competitors in the 2008 FIA Junior World Rally Championship have opted to choose Mexico as one of their six nominated events, including Martin Prokop and 2006 Junior champion, Patrik Sandell.

Ex-Skoda Fabia WRC regular Jan Kopecky will also be in action, he will use a Fiat Grande Punto Abarath S2000 and will be gunning for Group N glory against the likes of Benito Guerra and Spyros Pavlides.
