Having revealed the Ford Fiesta ST RX in 2013, M-Sport continues to expand its projects in the flourishing rallycross sector.

Piloted by global superstar Ken Block, the Fiesta ST RX enjoyed considerable success in both the Red Bull Global and FIA World Rallycross championships last year.

Despite missing out on the Global Rallycross laurels by a mere five points, Block proved the potential and competitiveness of the Fiesta. The American won more heats than any other driver and was consistently the series' fastest qualifier. Winning two events - at Charlotte and Las Vegas - he also secured a further four podium finishes in New York, Daytona and twice in Los Angeles.

Block also showcased the power and performance of the Fiesta ST RX on the World Rallycross stage with third place on his debut in Norway and a fourth place finish and fastest lap in France.

As the new rallycross season approaches, M-Sport has confirmed that it will deliver a number of cars to competitors across the Atlantic - the first of which will support a two-car Global Rallycross team for Bryan Herta Autosport.

"Ken showcased the power and performance of the Ford Fiesta ST RX with his numerous achievements last year and it is great to see that the car is proving to be an attractive option for a number of new competitors," M-Sport managing director Malcolm Wilson said, "Rallycross is a sport on the up and we hope to continue our progress and development as the sport continues to grow."
