Results from the Superpole session at the 2026 Hungarian WorldSBK from Balaton Park.

Nicolo Bulega clinched his fifth consecutive pole position and fourth of 2026 in Superpole at Balaton as Ducati once again dominated.

Bulega led yet another all-Ducati top-three with Lorenzo Baldassarri and Yari Montella behind him. Ducati has completed front row lockouts at all four rounds this season.

Miguel Oliveira was the first non-Ducati in fourth, the Portuguese making that 'best of the rest' position his own on Saturday after also being the top non-Ducati in FP3.

Iker Lecuona was fastest in both practices on Friday and only a tenth slower than Bulega in FP3. But Superpole was disappointing for the Spaniard, who bailed out of his first run and only managed a lap good enough for fifth with his second SCQ tyre.

Andrea Locatelli appeared to confirm the apparent step forward he took at Assen by qualifying sixth at Balaton. The next Yamaha is Remy Gardner down in 14th and 0.7 seconds behind the Italian.

Sam Lowes was furious as he crossed the line for the final time, seemingly with riders he felt had impeded him in the final corner. He qualified seventh and will be alongside Alberto Surra and Alvaro Bautista on the third row.

Alex Lowes completed the top-10 in Superpole and will have Tarran Mackenzie and Garrett Gerloff alongside him on row four.
