Charles Leclerc is the home favourite at Sunday’s race but will be hoping for a less dramatic run-out than last weekend in Spain.

The Monegasque driver for Ferrari was leading the Spanish Grand Prix until he spun out and was forced to watch Red Bull title rival Max Verstappen claim victory.

Verstappen benefitted from internal team orders which allowed him to pass teammate Sergio Perez.

Lewis Hamilton had earlier endured a puncture yet still produced his drive of the season so far.

At the Monaco Grand Prix, how will these storylines evolve?

Can Leclerc shine on home soil? Can Verstappen ruin his rival’s day? Are Mercedes finally in the hunt to win a race?
