21/26: 1 second covering Dov, Mar, Viñ, Ros. The form book says teh winner will come from either the Ducati or Honda, but Viñales' late race pace is never in question. Could he spring a surprise here with just over 5 laps to go?

20/26: Now Viñales is really moving, passing Rossi at T9 for 3rd!
19/26: And Pedrosa goes down at T5! He has just posted his personal best lap, following Viñales toward the front group. What a desperate season this has been.

19/26: Viñales and Pedrosa are coming! They've both got by Crutchlow and the 2nd Movistar Yamaha is nearly on the back of Rossi. Crutchlow by the way is struggling, with Rins getting by at T12 on lap 18.

18/26: But Marquez looks ominous just behind and once we get to turns 10 and 11 Rossi is there too.
18/26: Viñales finally gets by Crutchlow at T1 - he has a second to make up to get to the podium men. A tall order with Dovizioso dictating a really good pace now.
17/26: As a result the front three have clear daylight between themselves and Crutchlow in 4th.
17/26: Dovizioso puts the hammer down, and Marquez responds, posting the quickest lap of the race on lap 16.
16/26: Pedrosa nabs Rins into T3. 6th place for the 2nd Repsol Honda.

15/26: Incredibly the top 11 are covered by 3.5s. Even Miller, Petrucci and Iannone (9th, 10th, 11th) are not out of the picture.

13/26: Zarco tries to respond on Rins, going inside at T12 but he runs wide. Rins and Pedrosa are through.

13/26: Rins is under Zarco at T5! 6th place for the Suzuki man. Viñales is up next.

12/26: Dovizioso must be conserving tyres. They've dropped the pace by a few tenths and now Zarco is within range of Viñales.
11/26: Rins and Pedrosa have also passed Miller for 7th and 8th. 11/26: In fact, Zarco, Rins and Pedrosa are quickly closing in on this leading 5. 5 could soon become 8!
11/26: Another change of lead - Rossi goes from 1st to 3rd in sector 1 as Dovizioso gets by, and then Marquez on the run to T3! Big spin out of turn 1 cost the Italian there.

10/26: The 2 Movistar Yamahas are enjoying contrasting performances in the final sector: where Rossi is so strong, Viñales is just losing a tenth on those ahead at that point.

9/26: Miller, Rins and Pedrosa are knocking lumps out of one another as they contest 7th. Rins is confident he has done sufficient work with tyre conservation to join this lead group.

8/26: As you were at the front. 1.4s covering the top 5 of Ros, Dov, Mar, Cru, Viñ.
