Sheene's team manager dies.

Rex White, who managed the 500cc world championship winning Suzuki GP team in the 1970s and 80s, died yesterday (Wednesday) at his home in the south of England.

White was in charge of the UK based Texaco Heron Suzuki outfit, which took the late Barry Sheene to his two world titles in 1976 and 1977.

The cause of death is as yet unconfirmed, but White had been unwell for sometime.
