Quartararo fastest despite a fall during morning warm-up for the Catalunya MotoGP at Barcelona.

The Frenchman ran into the gravel after saving a front-end moment into Turn 4, tumbling as the tyre wall approached. Binder later suffered a repeat of Quartararo's accident.

Crutchlow is returning to action after missing both Misano rounds following arm pump surgery and despite an ankle ligament injury on Wednesday.

HRC test rider Bradl is back in place of injured reigning world champion Marc Marquez after withdrawing from Misano due to nerve problems in his hand.
