Jenkinson takes pole in the R6 Cup.

In the Virgin Mobile Yamaha R6 Cup Adam Jenkinson showed a return to form when he qualified on pole ahead of Ollie Bridewell, Richard Wren and Gareth Glynn in second, third and fourth places respectively, at the eleventh round of British Superbikes from Cadwell Park.

Jenkinson, who broke his pelvis earlier in the year, may well rob Wren of victory tomorrow. The Mancunian racer has won the most R6 Cup races this year, three, and will no doubt be gunning for a fourth.

While Wren will not only be determined to win but also to finish nine points ahead of Bridewell and James Hiller and be crowned the 2004 Virgin Mobile Yamaha R6 Cup Champion and secure his place in the 2005 Virgin Mobile Samsung Yamaha British Superbike team.
