BSS: Riba takes provisional pole.

Mondello Park in Southern Ireland is the location for the fifth round of the British supersport championship and the man on provisional pole is Spain's Pere Riba on his MSS Discovery Kawasaki.

The first qualifying session for the supersport class was declared wet but as the session progressed the track started to dry out allowing the riders to put in their fastest laps in the last few moments. Riba led from Leon Camier on the Northpoint Ekerold Honda by just 0.006secs, with Camier's team-mate Cal Crutchlow in third.
