New Threat To Flotation Plan.

Bernie Ecclestone's plan to float Formula One on the Stock Market could be hit by another setback this week, as the impresario learns whether or not he is to face monopoly charges.

The problem arises from claims by German television producer Wolfgang Eisele that Ecclestone's TV rights run in direct opposition to European competition laws. Although Eisele lost his initial case against the FIA promotions guru, he is expected to hear the result of an appeal by the end of the month.
