The Panasonic Toyota Racing has revealed the launch date for their 2005 challenger.

The Toyota TF105 will be unveiled on Saturday, January 8 at the Circuit de Catalunya in Barcelona.

Toyota had a rather dismal time in 2004, scoring just nine points, to finish eighth in the constructors' championship, ahead of only Minardi and Jordan.

They will have a completely new driver line-up next year, with Jarno Trulli linking up with Ralf Schumacher, while Olivier Panis stays on as the teams' third driver, working alongside fellow tester, Ricardo Zonta.

Toyota is the sixth team to confirm their launch date for their 2005 car, with Williams set to display their 2005 livery at Bahrain the day before, January 7. The new FW27 will then be officially launched in Valencia on January 31, when the car should also take to the track for the first time.

Sauber meanwhile have announced that they will launch the C24, in Kuala Lumpur on January 11, while BAR-Honda have opted to unveil the 007 on January 16 at the Circuit de Catalunya.

In February, Renault will launch on the 1st in Monte Carlo, before the wraps come of the Red Bull Racing car at Jerez six days later, on February 7.
