McLaren announced last March it would be working with Amazon Prime Video on a series going behind-the-scenes at the British F1 team, offering unparalleled access and insight to its workings.

Amazon confirmed on Wednesday the series titled Grand Prix Driver will premiere on its Prime streaming platform on February 9 with the full four-episode series.

"Prime members will get to see challenges within the team, including rare insight into [Fernando] Alonso and his fierce drive to claim a third championship, new McLaren Executive Director Zak Brown’s quest for sponsorship in this expensive sport and the car build process, including the installation of the new Honda engine, which no team has previously allowed."
