125: Hoyle undergoes fitness test.

New Maxtra 125 GP signing Matt Hoyle has already hit the treadmill for an assessment of his physical condition by leading sports therapist Dean Miller.

Miller, who advises and trains a number of international sports stars, was passing through the UK earlier this week and took the opportunity to meet up with Hoyle at Chartham Park gym in south London.

"Matt is a very fit young guy but we found some areas that we can work on which will show definite improvements," said Miller.

Miller will also be meeting up with Hoyle's Maxtra team-mate, Austrian Michael Ranseder, in the near future, to assess his levels of fitness and set a suitable training programme for both Maxtra riders.

"It's very reassuring to have Dean on board," said Maxtra team manager Howard Plumpton. "He is hugely experienced and will be a great asset to Team Maxtra."
