Ipswich have completed their 2002 line-up with the signing of veteran 37-year-old Carl Baldwin.

The Hadleigh-based Baldwin, who has not ridden regularly since 1989, predicted: "If I come good Ipswich will win the league."

The former Mildenhall, Peterborough and Milton Keynes rider, who had three meetings with the Witches last season, comes into the Ipswich team on a three-point average and will partner Leigh Lanham in the reserve berths.
