'Stoney' started the GP series with a superb score of 13-points in Hamar, Norway, recently after a gutsy display throughout the night and takes his place in the second round in Poland this weekend.

And he has revealed how he hasn't had time to worry about the high-pressure Grand Prix situation with such a busy schedule - on and off the track!

He said: "I didn't really have too much time to think about the first Grand Prix really.

"I took a couple of days off to try and get myself ready but as soon as Juliette heard about it she had me off the sofa and doing jobs around the house!

"We got married in March and I haven't really been doing any work on the house since, because I've been that busy with league racing and organising things for the GP.

"As soon as she seems me on my backside in the house she says 'get up and do somethin' so I've mainly been stripping the wallpaper off the walls.

"I'm so busy I think I'm going to have to get a decorator in now.

"The GPs are on top of each othrer and I don't know how I'm going to fit everything in!

"I've had a good start to the GP, my pit crew of my dad Bryan, Nick Thorp and Michael Lee are working perfectly.

"To get a good start like that in Norway sets me up nicely for the rest of the series."
