The Fen Tigers welcome back Gavin Hedge sooner than expected after the BSPA gave their blessing for Gavin to double up in the Premier League with Reading.

"It was a great gesture on their part and one that we are very grateful for" added Drury who has been active on the rider front over the past few days.

"Scott Lamb's period with the club has now ended and I'd like to publicly thank him for all that he has done for the club. There were a lot of knockers when Scott came in, but he has done a tremendous job here with the younger lads and promoters should take that on board. Coming in to replace him will be Paul Smith who also has quite a bit of experience and should do a good job for the club."

Mark Thompson is hoping to gain more Premier League outings after getting rides with Workington. "It is something I have wanted for a while so it is up to me now to make the most of the opportunities I get" he said. "Mildenhall seems to be a bit more high profile this season and that might help get riders like myself noticed."
