The heat's on Sam again.

Sam Tesar returns to a heat leader role for the first time this season when Panthers visit Poole in Sky Sports Elite League action tomorrow night.

The veteran Czech moves up to No. 3 in place of the injured Hans Clausen who completed his 12th match of the season against King's Lynn last week and his new average of 5.75 is not high enough to keep his heat leader role.

Rider replacement will come into operation for Clausen who is badly bruised after his spill against the Knights. It promises to be another tough away trip for Panthers against a side who have a 100 per cent home record this season.

But one bright spot for Peterborough is that the Pirates will be without world champion Tony Rickardsson who will be riding in Sweden. Coventry's Lee Richardson will guest for Poole at No. 5.

Teams:

Panthers: 1 Ryan Sullivan, 2 Shane Parker, 3 Sam Tesar, 4 Hans Clausen r/r, 5 Piotr Protasiewicz, 6 Chris Harris and 7 Magnus Zetterstrom.

Poole: 1 Gary Havelock, 2 Bjarne Pedersen, 3 Hans Andersen, 4 Greg Walasek, 5 Lee Richardson, 6 Adam Shields and 7 Mariusz Staszewski.
