Canadian ice speedway to be raced in Quebec.

With Canada in the grip of a cold winter, the summer season is still four long months away. But those hardy souls who cannot wait till April to get their next adrenaline rush from powering a speedway bike around the track will be heading the Quebec Championship in February.

Although these are outdoor meeetings the action is similar to European indoor, rather than outdoor ice racing, as the riders use normal speedway bikes with studded rather than spiked tires. The events are mixed class meetings with ATV's and flat-track bikes also on the program.
