Jake Zemke has expressed his delight at topping the British Superbike EVO podium in only his second meeting after a successful run to the top ten overall at Snetterton.

The American joined the BSB EVO ranks with WFR Honda at Knockhill, the former AMA Superbike rider showing impressive progress in his four races since then, culminating in his ride to victory during race two at Snetterton.

Only the third EVO rider to claim an overall top ten finish this season, Zemke was thrilled at being able to call himself a winner already.

"It was great to be on a level playing field at Snetterton and to win the second Evo race is what you guys would call mega," he said.

"This is the reason I came to BSB and I wanted to be back on a podium; it was tough at Knockhill but we have been chipping away and I need to thank the team for their hard work and the fans for the great support they have given me already."
