Nico Rosberg initially broke the run with victory in 2016 but later that year sealed his F1 world title in Abu Dhabi to restore the impressive record.
This year the Singapore round at the Marina Bay Street Circuit hosts the opening Asian flyaway race following the European stretch, with F1 arriving at the city between September 14-16.
