It is time to find out which MotoGP rider matches up with you.

With the 2019 MotoGP world championship coming to a close, Marc Marquez rules once more having sealed his eighth world title overall and sixth premier class crown.

It was another season of so near yet so far for Andrea Dovizioso and Ducati as runners-up to Marquez and Repsol Honda, while we said an emotional goodbye to Jorge Lorenzo who retires as a five-time world champion.

Fabio Quartararo became the breakout story of this MotoGP season as the rookie and the new Petronas Yamaha starred throughout the campaign resulting in seven podiums and six pole positions (but not that highly sought maiden MotoGP win).

At the factory Yamaha team Maverick Vinales beat Suzuki’s Alex Rins to third spot in the overall riders’ standings as the pair notched up two wins each. But on the other side of the factory Yamaha garage it was another frustrating season for nine-time world champion Valentino Rossi who ended the year with only two podiums and seventh place overall.

Danilo Petrucci starred for Ducati with an emotional maiden MotoGP win with a stunning performance at Mugello but he struggled to maintain that momentum as the year progressed.

Meanwhile Johann Zarco split from Red Bull KTM after 13 races into 2019, only to reappear as a three-round stand-in at LCR Honda covering for the injury Takaaki Nakagami. Take on our MotoGP ‘who do you think you are’ rider quiz to find out who you are most in common with on the grid.
