Redding led early on as was the case in race one, but Razgatlioglu was able to get ahead of the Ducati rider on lap three - something he couldn't do at any stage during yesterday's race.

The Yamaha rider then controlled the pace out front until lap six when Rea got a great run out of the final corner and took the lead into turn one.

Garrett Gerloff matched his best result of the year with fourth, while Michael Rinaldi scored his best finish of 2021 to date with fifth.

Rea started the 10 lap sprint race from pole while race one winner Redding and Razgatlioglu joined the six-time world champion on the front row.
