British Superbike Championship regular Tommy Bridewell will swap his Honda CBR1000RR for a Honda CBR600RR this weekend after being called up to ride for Team Lorini in the World Supersport Championship.

The 24-year-old, who finished sixth in the BSB standings last season, is the latest replacement at Lorini Honda for Alex Baldolini, who switched to Suriano Suzuki from Donington Park.

Other amendments on the WSS grid this weekend include Florian Marino, who is back aboard the Intermoto Kawasaki in place of David Salom, the Spaniard having reassumed his place in the Czech team following his recovery from a lengthy injury.

Additionally, Fabrizio Lai, who was last seen riding a Pedercini Kawasaki in the Superbike class at Monza, is a wild-card aboard a Speed Bike Honda.
