33-strong grid for 2012 almost complete

A series of important confirmations sees the 2012 MCE British Superbike Championship grid swell to 31 riders, with just two seats left to be filled.

The grid for the 2012 MCE British Superbike Championship is now almost complete, with only Quay Garage Racing still to confirm its riders for the upcoming season.

A flurry of announcements in recent weeks have seen the grid grow to 31 riders, among them a series of high profile entrants, including Noriyuki Haga at Swan Yamaha, Anthony West at newcomers Supersonic BMW and Alex Polita at Jentin Doodson Ducati.

Following the confirmation this week that former World Endurance Champion Freddy Foray is joining the ranks in place of Simon Andrews at Quattro Plant (n?e PR) Kawasaki, just Quay Garage Racing remains to reveal who will race in 2012, though there is still a month until the start of the new season at Brands Hatch.

In the meantime, the provisional grid for the 2012 MCE British Superbike Championship is as follows:
