Trackstar-Racing said, "We are very pleased to announce both Brian and Martin as our two riders for 2007. Martin Buckles has proved himself a very quick rider this season by finishing second overall in the Superstock Cup Championship. He has a lot of ability which we hope to help develop together, he has already had a session on the MV Agusta F4 1000R and put in quick times straight off the mark."

Buckles is more than happy to be riding for the well known Italian marque, "I am really happy to be given this chance to ride a full factory machine," he said, "I know there will be a lot of learning to be done during winter testing. I have full support from MV Agusta and Trackstar-Racing and we are very positive. I know the circuits and it'll just be a question of set-up and adapting my racing style a little before I'm at the front challenging".

They are also planning to enter the team into various Superbike and Superstock rounds of World Superbike and AMA Superbikes with Imola, Silverstone, Brands Hatch and Road Atlanta as their targeted races.
