This is the moment that left Cal Crutchlow sweating over whether he will be able to race in the Bennetts British Superbike Championship this weekend at Brands Hatch, after a fall in the second race at Oulton Park.

Having fallen at Lodge while leading race one, before remounting and finishing in sixth, the HM Plant Honda rider then went down at Druids in race two while running second behind Shane Byrne.

Crash.net reader Denis Latham was in the right place at the right time to catch these shots as the Honda man went down, picking up ligament damage to his ankle in the process.

A decision is due to be taken today [Thursday] regarding whether or not he will be fit to race at Brands Hatch.
