Martin Jessopp and Ridersmotorcycles.com BMW will return to the British Superbike championship grid for 2018 eager to build on the progress enjoyed last year.

With the highlight of a top six result at the team’s home round in Thruxton, Jessopp will remain the team’s single entry running a BMW S1000RR in BSB for 2018.

Jessopp will begin pre-season testing in the spring and he is eager to build on the success from last season.

“2018 should be a good season for us; we have a good place to start when we get testing underway and we just want to keep improving,” Jessop said. “We showed what we know we are capable of at Thruxton last year, so that should be the target to equal and then improve on that.”

Jessopp becomes the 27th rider confirmed on the BSB 2018 grid which gets underway at Donington Park on March 31 – April 2.
