Arrows Signs F3 Team
The Arrows F1 team has agreed a deal with F3 outfit Portman Racing in order to establish a Stewart-esque staircase of talent.
Portman Racing - which will now be renamed Portman Arrows - has made no secret of its intention to progress to F1 in the near future, despite only being a handful of years old, and will use the tie-up to groom drivers, mechanics, engineers and management personnel for the top.
