Zonta in the middle again.

The person arranging the Thursday FIA press conference at Monza obviously had a sense of humour as he flanked Ricardo Zonta with the men who passed him in such spectacular style at Spa two weeks ago.

Mika Hakkinen sat on the Brazilian's right and Michael Schumacher on his left in a recreation of the Finn's stunning overtaking manouevre, as Zonta gave his reaction to seeing a car in each mirror as they approached Les Combes at over 150mph.

''I saw Michael in one mirror, but didn't move to the right because it was a little damp there,'' said the BAR driver as he relived the moment, ''Then I saw Mika. I got on the radio and told the team 'these guys are crazy!'''

Although the assembled media had been hoping for an announcement, Zonta didn't reveal where he will be driving next season, after being replaced at BAR Honda by Olivier Panis. He did admit, however, that he is weighing up the offer of a test drive with McLaren against the possibility of securing a race drive elsewhere.
