Third wing failure causes concern at Minardi.

Following its double front wing failure on Saturday, the Minardi team suffered more anguish when Mark Webber crashed out of the warm-up session in Spain when his rear wing collapsed at speed.

The Australian was on the long main straight at the Circuit de Catalunya when the wing wrenched itself free of his car, but was unaware of the failure until he braked for the first corner. Without sufficient downforce at the back of his car, Webber was thrown into a high-speed spin, which was only arrested when the PS02 hit the gravel trap, which fortunately did its job and prevented the car from hitting anything solid.

Webber, unhurt, was quickly out of the car and on his way back to the paddock, but questions will again be raised over whether the team should start the race this afternoon.
