With its new F1 car being kept under wraps, Toro Rosso has released a teaser video during its private shakedown test at Misano – located close to its Faenza base – where it is completing its permitted filming day of track running before heading to Spain for testing.

The new-look Alfa Romeo Sauber squad, who revealed its C37 on Tuesday morning, are also completing a shakedown and filming day on Wednesday but have picked the Barcelona circuit in preparation for testing which begins on February 26 at the Spanish track. Both Marcus Ericsson and Charles Leclerc are expected to be given their first opportunity to get behind the wheel of the team's new F1 car.

While the F1 launch season is in full flow, with five F1 teams already unveiling their 2018 cars, Red Bull have already carried out a shakedown test at Silverstone where it has been confirmed Daniel Ricciardo suffered a small crash which damaged the new RB14’s nose, front wing and bargeboard.

Mercedes are in action at the home of the British Grand Prix on Thursday in a joint event to reveal its W09 and run a shakedown test in front of fans and the media.

F1 testing takes place at Circuit de Catalunya between February 26 and March 9 before the grid heads to Australia for the 2018 season-opening race in Melbourne on March 25.
