Engine blow sends AJ, Kahne to back.

Richard Petty Motorsports duo Kasey Kahne and AJ Allmendinger were trying something different with their engine set-ups at Talladega. It didn't work.

The motors in the two RPM Dodges cars blew during Friday's practice and, according to NASCAR's one-engine rule, both cars must start from the rear of the field in Sunday's Aaron's 499 Cup race, regardless of where they qualify on Saturday.
