The squad, who ran in the Renault Clio Cup in 2004, have certainly taken the difficult approach to entering the British tin-top series and have developed and built their own car rather than buy anything that already existed, something that series boss Alan Gow told Crash.net Radio he admired.

Both Lexus will run with Friends Reunited branding as they did in the Clios, and radio-controlled car maker HPI have joined the package meaning the team will be known as HPI Racing with Friends Reunited.
