Team Halfords hits Shelsley Walsh.

Current Dunlop MSA British Touring Car Championship leaders Team Halfords will be testing their Team-Dynamics built Honda Type-R Integras against the very best hillclimb cars in the country as they attend the Shelsley Walsh 100 years of Speed Hill Climbing next weekend.

The orange cars take to the world's oldest motorsport venue on the Sunday of the three day meeting which sees a British Hill Climb Championship round take place on the Saturday before a celebration of a hundred years of competition at the Worcestershire venue takes place on the Sunday.

Cars dating from the very first meeting in 1905, right through to the current Hill Record holder, and 2005 British Hill Climb Champion Martin Groves will be in action alongside the Team Halfords cars.

John Moody President of the Midland Automobile Club is looking forward to welcoming the BTCC leaders. "Shelsley Walsh welcomes Team Dynamics car as yet another historic motorsport car to attend the 100 year old hill climb."

Other cars and stars in action include a works Prodrive Aston Martin DBR9, a BRM V16 and reigning ETCC champion Andy Priaulx.
